About

That’s me!

I am an animator and filmmaker who is passionate about storytelling. I draw inspiration from the world around me and my inner reflections. My animation journey began during my undergraduate studies at the Indian Institute of Art and Design in New Delhi, a city rich in culture and history. This vibrant metropolis ignited my love for animation, leading me to work on various projects and intern at animation studios to hone my skills.

For my senior film project, I focused on preserving Indian folk stories, which allowed me to collaborate with Folk Log, an organization dedicated to this cause. I chose to animate a Telugu folk tale, a story my mother used to narrate to me as a child. Combining different media to bring this project to life was a thrilling experience, showcasing my love for experimenting with new visual styles.

To further expand my horizons and enhance my skills, I pursued a master’s degree in animation at the Savannah College of Art and Design. This program not only allowed me to develop my technical abilities but also provided me with a broader perspective on life by allowing me to experience a different side of the globe.

My strengths lie in versatility and adaptability, whether in a professional setting, exploring new places, pitching ideas, or giving presentations. I thrive in new environments and am always eager to embrace new challenges.

When I’m not animating or drawing, I enjoy exploring new cafes and restaurants, baking sweet treats (for humans and dogs) and watching the latest TV shows and movies!

My portfolio is a constantly evolving digital scrapbook of thoughts, inspirations, and ideas, reflecting my growth and journey in animation.
